سازه‌های مؤثر بر معیشت پایدار روستایی از دیدگاه کشاورزان استان کرمانشاه

چکیده

هدف این مطالعه شناسایی سازه‌های پنجگانه انسانی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، زیست محیطی و فیزیکی مؤثر بر پایداری معیشت خانوار‌های کشاورز استان کرمانشاه از دیدگاه ‏آن ‏ها بوده است. جامعه آماری در برگیرنده آن دسته از کشاورزان استان کرمانشاه بوده است که فعالیت‌های کشاورزی به عنوان معیشت اصلی آن‏ها قلمداد می‌شده است. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای، حجم نمونه مورد نظر 250 خانوار برآورد گردید. روش تحقیق از گروه پژوهش‌های کمی و از نوع توصیفی بوده است. از فن پیمایش و ابزار پرسشنامه برای جمع آوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. روایی توسط یک پانل متخصص، مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و جهت تعیین پایایی آن، به اجرای یک مطالعه راهنما مبادرت شد. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای متغیر‌های تحقیق در دامنه 0/74 تا 0/96 به دست آمد. بر اساس یافته‌ها، هر پنج دسته سازه‌به نوعی با پایداری معیشت از دیدگاه کشاورزان، رابطه داشته‌اند. نتایج این مطالعه لزوم اتخاذ نگرشی چند بعدی و تمام‌گرایانه توسط برنامه‌ریزان و مجریان برنامه‌های توسعه روستایی و کشاورزی به منظور ارتقاء و پایدار نمودن معیشت جامعه کشاورزی را به عنوان یک ضرورت، مورد تأکید قرار می‌دهد.

چکیده [English]

The main objective of this study was to determine five (human, social, economic, physical and environmental) factors affecting sustainable rural livelihoods as perceived by farmers in Kermanshah province. Those farmers that agriculture was their main livelihood were considered as the research statistical population. Overall, 250 farmer households were selected as research sample using multi-stages stratified random sampling method. Questionnaire was used to collect data in this descriptive study that was done through survey. Its validity was confirmed by a panel of experts and its reliability was tested by conducting a pilot study. Cronbach's alpha coefficients obtained for the variables in the range of 0.74 to 0.96. Findings revealed that all five factors have significant relationship with sustainable livelihood as perceived by farmers. It is concluded that rural and agricultural development planners and implementers should have holistic and multidimensional approach in order to have enhancing and sustaining agricultural society livelihoods
