عوامل مؤثر برنیت مهاجرت جوانان روستایی عضو و غیر عضو تعاونی‌های کشاورزی شهرستان مرودشت

چکیده

به‌منظور استفاده از توانایی‌ ها و قابلیت‌ های جوانان روستایی در راستای توسعه روستایی و کشاورزی لازم است که آن‌ ها مناطق روستایی را برای ادامه زندگی خویش برگزینند. این در حالی است که روند حاضر، خروج روزافزون آن ‌ها را از نواحی روستایی نشان می‌ دهد. این پژوهش باهدف شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر نیت مهاجرت جوانان روستایی عضو و غیر عضو تعاونی‌ های کشاورزی شهرستان مرودشت به‌منظور جلوگیری از مهاجرت بی ‌رویه آن ‌ها صورت پذیرفت. برای انجام این پژوهش از فن پیمایش و ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری تحقیق را کلیه جوانان مرد روستایی شهرستان مرودشت تشکیل دادند. تعداد 370 جوان با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌بندی‌شده چند مرحله‌ ای انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. بر اساس یافته ‌ها، میانگین نیت مهاجرت جوانان عضو و غیر عضو تعاونی ‏های کشاورزی در یک سال آینده پایین بوده اما در سه الی پنج سال آینده از میانگین نیت مهاجرت بالایی برخوردارند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد رابطه معنی‌داری بین نیت مهاجرت در سه تا پنج سال آینده و متغیرهایی مانند میزان بهره‌مندی از خدمات ترویجی، دانش زراعی، رضامندی از خدمات موجود در روستا، ادراک از شدت تأثیر خشکسالی و مشارکت اجتماعی وجود دارد. در پایان، راهکارهای عملی به‌منظور کاهش نیت مهاجرت جوانان ارائه شده است.

In order to benefit from rural youths’ abilities and capabilities in agricultural and rural development, it is necessary that they choose the rural areas for living. But, the present trend shows that they departure rural areas. This research was performed in order to identify factors influencing migration intention of members and non-members of Marvdasht Agricultural Cooperatives to prevent increasing migration. The survey research was used with a structured questionnaire. Population of the research included all rural youths in Marvdasht county. A total number of 370 young were selected using the multi-stage stratified random sampling method. Based on the findings, the average of migration intention of members and non-members of Agricultural Cooperatives is low for the next year but it will high for next 3-5 years. The results indicate a significant relation between migration intention in the next 3-5 years and the other variables including access to extension services, agricultural knowledge, satisfaction of the existing services in rural area, perception of drought impact intensity and social participation. Ultimately, practical advices have been offered in order to reduce migration intention of rural youths.
