This qualitative study sought to investigate the current production behavior among potato growers based on Iran GAP standards in Miandarband region of Kermanshah County. The result of this study will shed light on current state of potato production which in turn aid policy makers to deploy effective policies in the study region. Qualitative data was collected using in-depth and semi structured interviews as well as observation techniques. Results revealed that among 53 agricultural practices, 9 production behavior was in line with GAP standards. For example, potato growers were cautious about preserving soil structure, using improved irrigation methods, calibrating fertilizer and spray equipment, adhering to pre-harvest interval, observing farm-livestock distance, correct timing of harvest, separation of soil and weed from potato harvest, using new bags for packing, and separating immature and green tubers. Overall, results showed that potato growers are engaged in Bad Agricultural Practices (BAP). The result of this study has implications for Agricultural Jihad Organization in that they can identify bad practices in order to launch appropriate interventions in order to engage potato growers in Good Agricultural Practices which in turn insure food safety.}, keywords = {Iran GAP standard,Food safety,Good agricultural practices}, title_fa = {بررسی شرایط تولید سیب‌زمینی در دهستان میان‌دربند شهرستان کرمانشاه بر اساس استاندارد ایران‌گپ}, abstract_fa = {استفاده روزافزون کود و سموم دفع آفات، سازمانهای بین المللی را بر آن داشت که استاندارد گپ (عملیات خوب کشاورزی) را به‌منظور افزایش اطمینان از ایمنی مواد غذایی معرفی نمایند. این پژوهش کیفی به دنبال بررسی رفتار کنونی تولید بر اساس استاندارد ایران‌گپ در میان سیب زمینی کاران منطقه میان دربند در شهرستان کرمانشاه است. نتایج این مطالعه از طریق روشن سازی وضعیت موجود تولید سیب زمینی می تواند در اتخاذ سیاست های مؤثر به سیاست‌گذاران کمک نماید. داده های کیفی با استفاده از تکنیک های مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختارمند و همچنین مشاهده جمع آوری شد. نتایج نشان داد که از بین 53 فعالیت کشاورزی، نه رفتار تولید شامل حفظ ساختمان خاک، روش آبیاری مناسب، تنظیم ادوات کود و سم‌پاشی، رعایت زمان کود دهی تا کاشت محصول و دوره کارنس سموم تا زمان برداشت، دوری و نزدیکی مزرعه به دامداری، برداشت به‌موقع محصول، جداسازی خاک، علف هرز و غیره از محصول برداشت شده، استفاده از کیسه جدید برای بسته بندی و جداسازی غده‌های نارس و سبز، انطباق 100 درصدی با عملیات خوب کشاورزی دارد. به‌طور کلی، نتایج نشان می دهد که تولیدکنندگان سیب زمینی، درگیر عملیات بد کشاورزی (BAp ) هستند. نتایج این پژوهش می تواند دستاوردهایی برای سازمان جهاد کشاورزی به دنبال داشته باشد، به این صورت که به‌عنوان نخستین گام با شناسایی عملیات غیر صحیح تولید، تولیدکنندگان سیبزمینی را به سمت عملیات خوب کشاورزی سوق دهد که به‌نوبه خود میتواند ایمنی مواد غذایی را به ارمغان آورد.}, keywords_fa = {استاندارد ایران‌گپ,ایمنی غذایی,عملیات خوب کشاورزی}, url = {http://www.iaeej.ir/article_119656.html}, eprint = {http://www.iaeej.ir/article_119656_54857fe3940b3a75eeb89aa0a33f9529.pdf} }
