This variety has shown limited yield across Ravansar county. Therefore, agricultural policymakers have focused on winter variety of chickpea as an alternative to spring variety. However, during the past decade, the rate of adoption of winter chickpea has been limited to only 20% of all total rain-fed chickpea production in the region. Therefore, the purpose of this mixed method design was application of Roger’s Theory in adoption of winter chickpea among farmers in Ravansar county. In the quantitative part, 170 farmers were selected using simple random sampling whereas in the qualitative part a case study of 10 target farmers were interviewed using purposeful sampling method. Data was collected through a researcher-made questionnaire based on Roger’s Theory of Innovation Characteristics and in-depth interview. Descriptive statistics and content analysis were used to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, respectively. Results revealed that all five innovation characteristics (observability, trialability, compatibility, relative advantage, and complexity) were effective in winter chickpea adoption. Furthermore, qualitative results showed that observability and trialability were more influential during the early stage of decision-making and compatibility, relative advantage, and complexity were more influential during the sustainable adoption of winter chickpea. Overall, there is evidence to support Roger’s Theory of Innovation Characteristics.}, keywords = {Word cloud analysis,Adoption process,Rogers’ theory,Innovation}, title_fa = {بررسی ویژگی‌های نوآوری پذیرش کشت نخود پاییزه در شهرستان روانسر، کرمانشاه (کاربست نظریه راجرز)}, abstract_fa = {شهرستان روانسر که در استان کرمانشاه واقع شده، به دلیل تولید نخود دیم، شناخته شده است. این در حالی است که کشت این محصول، عملکرد محدودی را در شهرستان روانسر نشان می دهد. لذا طرح جایگزینی نخود پاییزه با زراعت نخود بهاره در دستور کار سیاست‌گذاران کشاورزی قرار گرفته است. پس از گذشت یک دهه، آهنگ پذیرش نخود پاییزه، تنها 20 درصد از کل تولید نخود دیم در این منطقه است، بنابراین هدف از این مطالعه تلفیقی، کاربست نظریه راجرز در پذیرش کشت نخود پاییزه در میان کشاورزان شهرستان روانسر بود. در بخش کمیتعداد 170 کشاورز به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. در بخش کیفی نیز تعداد 10 کشاورز با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند برگزیده شدند. دادهها با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته (بر اساس ویژگی های نظریه نوآوری راجرز) و نیز مصاحبه عمیق جمع‌‌آوری گردید. به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در بخش کمیو کیفی به ترتیب از آمار توصیفی و تحلیل محتوا استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که به ترتیب هر پنج ویژگی نوآورانه نخود پاییزه (مشاهده‌پذیری، آزمون‌پذیری، سازگاری، مزیت نسبی و پیچیدگی) در پذیرش آن تأثیر داشتهاند. علاوه بر این، یافته ها در فاز کیفی نشان داد ویژگی های مشاهده پذیری و آزمون پذیری در مراحل اولیه تصمیم به پذیرش و ویژگی های سازگاری، مزیت نسبی و پیچیدگی در تداوم پذیرش نخود پاییزه نقش مهم‌تری داشته اند. به‌طور کلی، نظریه راجرز در خصوص تأثیر ویژگی های پنجگانه نوآوری بر پذیرش، در شرایط نخود پاییزه تأیید شد.}, keywords_fa = {تحلیل ابری کلمات,فرایند پذیرش,نظریه راجرز,نوآوری}, url = {http://www.iaeej.ir/article_111337.html}, eprint = {http://www.iaeej.ir/article_111337_eba6e81e34f37e0e6505f078e8b7a9fb.pdf} }
