Directing this activities require motivated and committed Dehyars (Municipality Administrators) who play an important role in the leadership of socio-economic organizations. Therefore, entrepreneurial leadership is the most appropriate style of leadership for Dehyars. In this regard, it is necessary to identify factors affecting entrepreneurial leadership for selecting and training Dehyars of those cooperatives. Hence, the main purpose of this survey research was determining effective factors on entrepreneurial leadership. This study is a “descriptive, correlational” research that was conducted using survey technique. The statistical population of the study was the Dehyars of Dehyari’s cooperatives from all over Iran (N= 839). Totally, 133 samples were determined by the Cochran formula, randomly. Data was gathered using a questionnaire whose face validity was confirmed through a panel of experts, and its reliability estimated using Cronbach's alphas coefficient (0.71 to 0.89). Findings indicated that, there is a significant difference toward entrepreneurial leadership between Dehyars’ demographic characteristics including age, Dehyari’s experience, and context of prior work experience. The findings also revealed that the variables of emotional intelligence affect entrepreneurial leadership, and social skills have the highest effect on dependent variable. The results of this study provide criteria for selecting and training rural Dehyars. توسعه تعاونی های دهیاری ها، به عنوان یکی از راهبردهای گسترش فعالیت های کارآفرینانه روستایی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. هدایت این فعالیت ها، نیازمند دهیارانی متعهد و باانگیزه است که نقش مهمی را در رهبری سازمانهای اجتماعی - اقتصادی ایفا میکنند، بنابراین مناسب ترین سبک رهبری برای این دهیاران، رهبری کارآفرینانه است. در همین راستا، شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر رهبری کارآفرینانه برای توسعه این سبک رهبری در میان دهیاران ضروری است. ازاین‌رو هدف این پژوهش، تعیین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر رهبری کارآفرینانه دهیاران بود. این پژوهش از نوع "توصیفی – همبستگی" بوده و با فن پیمایش انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش را دهیاران "تعاونی دهیاری ها" در سراسر ایران تشکیل دادند (839 N=) که تعداد 133 نفر بر اساس فرمول کوکران برای نمونه تعیین شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد که روایی صوری آن به‌وسیله اساتید صاحب نظر و پایایی آن از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد تأیید قرار گرفت (0/71 تا 0/89). نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت میانگین معنی داری بین رهبری کارآفرینانه و سطوح ویژگی های فردی و حرفه ای دهیاران از قبیل سن، سابقه دهیاری و زمینه تجربه کار قبلی وجود دارد. یافته ها بیانگر آن بود که متغیرهای هوش هیجانی بر رهبری کارآفرینانه مؤثرند و از بین آن‌ها مهارت های اجتماعی بیشترین تأثیر را بر متغیر وابسته دارد. نتایج این پژوهش، معیارهایی را برای انتخاب و آموزش دهیاران روستایی فراهم می نماید.
