Therefore, cross-sectional research was conducted to compare self-reported employability of agricultural and engineering faculties students of Kurdistan University. The statistical population of this study consisted of senior students of these faculties in 2015-2016 (544 subject). According to the Morgan table, 140 of students were selected by proportional random sampling method. SPSS and Smart PLS statistical packages were used to especially analyze the data. According to the results, most of students believe that the work market in Iran is not sufficient, in their area of specialization and it is hard to find a decent job for most graduates. Further more, there was not significant difference between employability of agriculture and engineering students. Also, the results of the effects of independent variables on dependent variables showed that self-efficacy, entrepreneurial skills, knowledge and specialized skills, and entrepreneurial characteristics had the most powerful impacts on employability of students.
