عوامل مؤثر بر عدم موفقیت هنرستان‌های کشاورزی استان خوزستان: کاربرد نظریه بنیانی

چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر عدم موفقیت هنرستان‌های کشاورزی استان خوزستان بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و از نظریه بنیانی (گراندد تئوری) به عنوان روش تحقیق استفاده شده است. به منظور جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از روش مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. محدوده این پژوهش با توجه به قلمرو موضوعی آن شامل مدیران و هنرآموزان هنرستان‌های کشاورزی استان خوزستان بودند. مطالعه با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند شروع شده و در طی تکامل طبقات، با نمونه‌گیری نظری ادامه یافت. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار MAXQDA انجام شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان این پژوهش 5 نفر مدیر و 25 نفر هنرآموز کشاورزی بوده که در پنج هنرستان کشاورزی استان خوزستان مشغول به فعالیت بودند. سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی بر روی داده‌ها انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که مهم‌ترین مشکلات هنرستان‌های کشاورزی استان خوزستان شامل موانع خانوادگی (3 مقوله فرعی)، پژوهشی (1 مقوله فرعی)، آموزشی (5 مقوله فرعی)، انگیزشی (3 مقوله فرعی)، نهادی (13 مقوله فرعی)، آگاهی و نگرشی (3 مقوله فرعی)، مدیریتی (5 مقوله فرعی) و مالی (3 مقوله فرعی) بود (جمعاً 36 مقوله فرعی). لذا، می‌توان از طریق شناسایی مشکلات و موانع باعث مشارکت منسجم­تر مدیران و هنرآموزان در جهت بهبود کیفیت آموزش هنرستان‌های کشاورزی و افزایش انگیزه و علاقه ذی­نفعان به کسب دانش بخش کشاورزی شد.

چکیده [English]

The main purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting on the failure of agricultural vocational schools in Khuzestan province. In present study, with a qualitative approach, the Grounded Theory has been employed as the research method. In order to collect information, semi-structured interviews were used. According to its subject area, the scope of this research included managers and teachers of agricultural vocational schools in Khuzestan province. The study started with a purposeful sample and continued with theoretical sampling approach. Data analysis was done with MAXQDA software. The participants of this research included five manages and 25 teachers who worked in five agricultural vocational schools in Khuzestan Province. Three steps of open, axial, and selective coding were performed on the data. The results showed that the most important problems of agricultural vocational schools in Khuzestan province included Family obstacles (3 sub-categories), Research (1 sub-category), Educational (5 sub-categories), Motivational (3 sub-categories), institutional (13 sub-categories), Awareness and Attitude (3 sub-categories), Management (5 sub-categories) and Financial (3 sub-categories), overall (totally, 36 sub-categories). Therefore, through problems identification, we can help improve the quality of agricultural education and the interest of stakeholders in acquiring agricultural knowledge.
