مقیاس‌پذیری ابتکارات مدیریت آب در کشاورزی با رویکرد سازگاری با تغییر اقلیم، مورد کشت برنج هوازی در استان گلستان

چکیده
هدف کلی این پژوهش، بررسی مقیاسپذیری کشت برنج هوازی در استان گلستان و شناساییعوامل مؤثر بر آن بود. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی است که با راهبرد پیمایش انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها و اندازه‌گیری متغیرها، پرسشنامه‌ای محقق‌ساخته شامل نه قسمت بود که با توجه به الگوی نظری مبتنی بر تلفیق نظریه‌های انگیزه حفاظت و مبادله اجتماعی برای ارتقای مقیاس کشت و کار هوازی برنج تدوین شد. روایی ظاهری و محتوایی سؤالات پرسشنامه­ ها بر اساس برآیند نظرات گروهی از کارشناسان مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و پایایی آن با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای مقیاس‌های اصلی پژوهش در محدوده بین 0/722 و 0/864 که نشان‌دهنده پایایی قابل‌قبول ابزار است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل شالیکاران در هفت شهرستان استان گلستان بود که به کشت برنج هوازی مشغول بوده و مقیاس‌افزایی این ابتکار را در مزارع خویش تجربه کرده‌ بودند (315=N). برای تعیین حجم نمونه پژوهش از جدول کرجسی و مورگان استفاده شد (172n=). محاسبات آماری این پژوهش، به‌وسیله نرم‌افزار SPSSv26 با بهره‌گیری از تحلیل رگرسیون لجستیک چندگانه صورت گرفت. بر اساس یافته‌های تحلیل رگرسیونی، ادراک از آسـیبپذیـری در برابــر تغییرات اقلیم (کم ­آبی) (1/293=B)، ادراک از خــودکارآمـدی (1/839=B)، ادراک از هزینه ­هـا (1/261-=B)، ادراک از ارزش (6*578=B)، ادراک از پاداش (1/657=B) و ادراک از انتظارات (0/633=B) بر مقیاسپذیری تأثیر دارند. علاوه بر این، از بین متغیرهای جمعیت‌شناختی و زراعی، تأثیر سابقه کشت برنج (0/241=B)، عملکرد (0/823=B) و دسترسی به خدمات ترویجی (5/044=B) بر مقیاسپذیری کشت هوازی برنج معنادار شده‌اند. یافته‌ها نشان دادند که، مقیاسپذیری کشت هوازی برنج متأثر از مجموعه‌ای از سازه‌های ذهنی مرتبط با رفتار حفاظتی، مبادله اجتماعی و متغیرهای جمعیت‌شناختی و زراعی است. به‌عبارت‌دیگر، هرچند شالیکاران با رویکرد حفاظتی در شرایط کم‌آبی و خشکسالی به کشت و کار هوازی برنج روی آورده‌اند، با این‌حال این کنش از منظر مبادله اجتماعی، نیازمند تعامل با سایر ذینفعان و دست‌اندرکاران، از جمله شالیکاران و مسئولان محلی و دریافت مشوق‌ها و حمایت‌های مورد انتظار است.
