نقش تجارب یادگیری در انتخاب رشته مهندسی کشاورزی بر اساس نظریه یادگیری اجتماعی تصمیم‌گیری شغلی کرومبولتز (تحلیل محتوا)

چکیده

هدف رشته­ های دانشگاهی مهندسی کشاورزی تربیت نیروی انسانی ماهر و متخصص به منظور فعالیت در عرصه ­های تولید، تحقیق، آموزش، اشاعه و ترویج دانش و فناوری در حوزه کشاورزی و روستا است. هدف این است که این فارغ ­التحصیلان بتوانند با به ­کارگرفتن دانش و آموخته­ های خود به نیازهای بخش کشاورزی به­ صورت علمی پاسخ دهند. در سال­ های اخیر به دلیل کاهش ثبت ­نام دانش ­آموزان در این رشته، شناسایی عوامل مرتبط با انتخاب رشته­ کشاورزی توسط دانش ­آموزان مورد سؤال بوده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش تجارب یادگیری در انتخاب رشته مهندسی کشاورزی انجام شد. این پژوهش در چارچوب رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای قیاسی صورت گرفت و ابزار جمع­آوری داده ­ها، مصاحبه­ های بدون ­ساختار بود. برای انجام پژوهش با 12 نفر از دانشجویان دوره کارشناسی رشته کشاورزی در سطح کشور، مصاحبه به عمل آمد. پس از مصاحبه اکتشافی با نمونه­ های هدفمند که به روش گلوله­ برفی انتخاب شده بودند و رسیدن به سطح اشباع، داده­های به ­دست آمده به روش تحلیل محتوا کد گذاری شدند. یافته­ ها حاکی از آن بود که تجارب یادگیری تداعی (شنیدن در مورد رشته و مشاهده فعالیت­ های کشاورزی) و یادگیری ابزاری (پیامدهای مثبت تجربه) در انتخاب رشته مهندسی کشاورزی نقش دارند و سهم یادگیری تداعی در این میان بیشتر می­ باشد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of agricultural higher education majors is to educate skilled and specialized human resources in order to work in the fields of production, research, education, dissemination, and extension of knowledge and technology in agriculture and rural sectors. The goal of training human resources in this field is that these graduates can meet scientifically the needs of the agriculture sector by applying their knowledge and learnings. In recent years, due to the decrease in the enrollment of students in these majors, the identification of factors related to the choice of agricultural majors by students has been questioned. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of learning experiences in choosing agricultural engineering majors. The research was done in the framework of qualitative approach and using deductive content analysis method. The data collection tool was an open- ended questionnaire with unstructured interviews. In order to carry out the research, interviews were conducted with 12 undergraduate students of agricultural majors of different universities. The results were coded by content analysis technique. The findings indicated that associative learning experiences (hearing about the majors and observing agricultural activities) and instrumental learning (positive consequences of the experience) play an important role in choosing the agricultural engineering majors. It should also be mentioned that the contribution of associative learning was greater among different influencing factors.
